Decoding Neurodiversity: Visualising Inclusive Education for MOE Singapore

How can illustration bridge the gap between educational theory and everyday classroom practice?

Commissioned by the Ministry of Education (MOE) Singapore, Decoding Neurodiversity is an editorial illustration series designed to help teachers recognise, decode, and support neurodivergent learners in mainstream classrooms.

Focusing on Dyslexia, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), the series translates complex cognitive profiles into empathetic visual resources.

Distributed across all schools within Singapore’s North Cluster network, each poster set was paired with an easy-reference booklet containing detailed fact sheets and practical behavioural interventions.
